Spent my younger years in Saudi Arabia until the family moved to the Netherlands. Enjoyed spending time with my father in the darkroom growing up. Can solve a Rubik's Cube in two minutes, but have a bit of a neurosis about it. You can wake me up in the middle of the night for chocolate or pizza. I scuba dive and snowboard, but not at the same time. Graduated from the Photo Academy Amsterdam in 2004. Have been a professional photographer for more than 14 years of wich 6 as creative duo NO CANDY. Love portraying people and hearing their interesting stories. Like to combine still image with moving image. When I'm not photographing, you can find me trying to study Arabic while I'm changing a nappy or answering the question 'but why mommy' for the eleventy-gazillionth time.
