Tommy Metten
As an autistic and autonomous person, I experience the world with strong attention to atmosphere, detail and emotional nuance. Photography became a natural way for me to translate that perspective into images that feel honest and emotionally present.
I’m deeply drawn to abstract thinking, emotion and visual interpretation. I try to use my personality and way of perceiving the world to see beyond the obvious, searching for perspectives, feelings and details that are often overlooked by others.
I hope my work speaks for itself.
